Before her arrival at CRJ, Ewing directed the college counseling department at Mount de Sales Academy, a private, Catholic, college preparatory school for young women in grades 9-12. Jen has more than fifteen years of combined experience as a teacher, counselor, and mentor. She also serves in leadership roles on the board of Monsignor Slade Catholic School and as a national officer with Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity and actively volunteers to support Lupus and Breast Cancer awareness in the greater Baltimore community. Jen earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Loyola University Maryland.
