Hobsons has decided to cancel Hobsons Summer Institute 2020 due to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). See FAQ below.

Why is Hobsons cancelling Hobsons Summer Institute (HSI) 2020?2020-04-15T02:43:55+00:00

The health and well-being of our clients, partners, and broader community are of utmost importance to Hobsons. Due to continued Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns and restrictions on mass gatherings across the United States, we made the difficult decision to cancel HSI 2020 to protect our community.

HSI 2020 will not be rescheduled this year. We are exploring alternative ways to engage the Hobsons community with online experiences. Stay tuned for future opportunities to learn from and connect with peers.

If you haven’t already heard from us, your Account Manager will be in contact with you soon. You can also contact us at HSI2020@hobsons.com regarding your sponsorship.

I signed up as an Attendee (via the HSI website or through my organization’s contract with Hobsons). What will happen to my Attendee Registration?2020-04-15T12:57:08+00:00

If you have already paid for your HSI 2020 registration, you may request to apply your registration to next year’s event (HSI 2021) or to receive a refund. You have until May 15, 2020 to make a decision. After this date, we will automatically roll-over your registration to next year (HSI 2021). You will have the option to change the registration to another colleague if you are not able to attend HSI 2021. Please email HSI2020@hobsons.com with your decision by May 15, 2020.

If you have not paid for your registration, we will remove the registration fee and reissue your invoice.

How do I get my hotel reservation at the JW Marriott Indianapolis cancelled?2020-04-15T12:55:24+00:00

If you booked within the HSI room block (via www.hobsonssummerinstitute.com), we will cancel your room for you. There is no need to reach out to the hotel to cancel your room. If you booked your hotel yourself, outside of the HSI room block, please reach out to the hotel to discuss refund possibilities.

Good news! The Education Advances Awards program will continue. Thanks to our judging panels, we have selected the EAA finalists. We plan to celebrate our finalists and winner for each product category virtually this summer. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invitation to the celebration.
